Modify Microsoft Teams chat setting

By default, the system processes each message in Microsoft Teams chat as an individual MSG file during processing. You can format chats to combine messages into an HTML file.

To combine messages in a chat, perform the following procedure before processing the documents.

1. In the Home page, click and then select PROJECT SETTINGS.

2. In the left pane, click PROCESSING.

3. Select Microsoft 365.

4. Under Segmentation, select the Combine Chats check box.

5. In Group Chats By, select Days or Months and then enter a number.

   • By default, this setting is set to 1 Day (24 hours).

6. Click Save.
